Better Software Helps Protect Immigrants’ Rights

Rian Immigrant Center’s move to LegalServer has made a big difference.

Boston-based Rian Immigrant Center provides immigration legal services, education programs, and social support to immigrants and refugees from all countries. Their impact on the community is wide, reaching over 2,400 in-need clients annually.

For years, Rian struggled with a system that wasn’t flexible enough to handle their dynamic civil legal aid agency workflows. Gathering the necessary numbers to report to funders was a consistently daunting task - so in the fall of 2024, Rian adopted LegalServer as its case management system, and hasn’t looked back.
