Connecticut-based Greater Hartford Legal Aid (GHLA) provides high-impact anti-poverty advocacy which increases safety from violence, preserves housing and prevents homelessness, stabilizes income supports, improves health, and increases educational opportunity.

For years, GHLA struggled with its case management system that caused a lot of challenges for staff. The software wasnʼt configurable to the agencyʼs data collection needs, it was difficult to find information, and it was clunky to rely on a third-party reporting tool.
