Welcome Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida to LegalServer! CLSMF is the primary provider of free legal aid for low to moderate income residents in Central Florida. Since 1966, they have provided legal assistance and advocacy to help the people of Central Florida obtain the basic necessities of life: food, shelter, health care, safety and education. CLSMF will be utilizing LegalServer to manage all their case data.
These features allow teams to restrict and log views of certain case notes that are separate from the typical notes a legal advocate would keep on a case. This is particularly helpful for agencies that utilize social workers or social work students in their service delivery.
We are excited to announce our 2016 LegalServer Training Schedule, building off the regular weekly trainings we’ve been offering. Each Tuesday at 1pm ET/ noon CT/ 11am MT and 10am PT our staff will hold a one hour training on a variety of topics.
Today LegalServer’s President and Co-Founder IV Ashton will join a distinguished group of presenters at a Chicago Legal Innovation & Technology Meetup. Other presenters include Pamela Morgan speaking on “Bitcoin, Blockchain & Smart Contracts What Lawyers Need to Know", Terri Mascherin of Jenner & Block presenting “The Future is Now: The Justice Entrepreneurs Project” and Aaron J. Massey of Perkins Coie.
We continue our quest to raise the bar in LegalServer, with a new online intake feature to help save time for legal aid agencies. Instead of the traditional intake process, the online feature allows the applicant to enter data from the Internet instead of a staff member. If an applicant is not eligible for services, LegalServer can either transfer applicant data to another agency or create a customized list of referrals and documentation for assistance.

Since 2001, LegalServer has been helping the legal aid community do more with less by leveraging the most comprehensive web-based case management system for non-profit civil legal aid.
LegalServer case management software enhances performance for non-profit legal aid agencies, university law schools and public defenders. Through a cloud-based hosted platform we are improving legal case handling and providing insights to legal staff and management for making more informed decisions faster.
Designed to improve the effectiveness of data collection and action by enhancing the process by which data is collected, stored, and used, LegalServer will facilitate better communication, collaboration and reporting.
Many in the LegalServer team are attorneys who have hands on experience taking a powerful case management system and optimally configuring it to you.
