We are pleased to welcome Maryland Legal Aid (MDLAB) to our community. MDLAB serves low income residences in all 23 counties in Maryland through 12 offices in 9 practice areas across the state.
MDLAB provides a range of direct services and self help centers and resources, introducing a variety of unique case-management needs.
In addition to the extensive configuration changes that were made throughout the platform as a normal part of the onboarding process, MDLAB is using the electronic case transfer module to work with volunteer pro bono agencies in the state and exchange case information and referrals between agencies.

UMDLaw's law school clinic program takes a holistic and interdisciplinary approach in providing legal services to individuals, families and communities in need while giving law students the opportunity to gain meaningful direct service experiences.
UMDLaw provide a range of assistance through over 15 different clinics, providing over 75,000 hours of free legal services annually.
By using multiple intakes, profiles and closing processes, we worked with UMDLaw to provide truly customized experiences to meet the needs of a variety of clinical programs while maintaining one unified system and database.
We are thrilled to welcome Student Advocacy to the LegalServer Community.
Student Advocacy works in a collaboration with service providers and community organizations to assist students and their families facing obstacles in school.
Student Advocacy will make great use LegalServer's branch logic and conditional branch logic tools, allowing them to assist their workers in determining funding sources, and billing rates where they receive payments for their services.

We are pleased to announce the Medical Legal Partnership at Laramie County Community Partnership is now live on LegalServer.
LCCP is Wyoming's first medical legal partnership bringing free legal assistance to low-income patients who are experiencing legal problems.
Patients at LCCP have have access to an onsite attorney, who can address legal concerns related to public benefits, health insurance, housing, domestic violence, employment, education, consumer/debt issues, family law, and more.
Through the suite of medical legal partnership tools, LegalServer allows for easy data entry, tracking and reports.

Greater Waco Legal Services (GWLS) was founded in 2017 to provide access to legal services for individuals who are unable to afford the services of a private attorney.
GWLS serves individuals and families through affordable legal services, free monthly legal advice clinics, and legal empowerment workshops. GWLS also works to prevent legal issues through a variety of holistic advocacy, proactive education, and community-driven problem solving.
Our clinics module was especially useful in working through the unique needs of GWLS, with the ability to easily create and schedule clinic slots matching attorneys and clients.

We would like to welcome the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC) to the LegalServer Platform.
NCRC is a national support organization, providing resources and training to various community reinvestment programs who, in turn, provide assistance to underserved communities throughout the country. They also counsel consumers directly through comprehensive housing and mortgage counseling to consumers directly and through a network of HCN partner member organizations located throughout the nation.
The LegalServer onboarding team successfully helped San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program (SDVLP) migrate to LegalServer. Now live on LegalServer, SDVLP has a case management system that is much more configurable with many more case handling features.
